The CPC(China Pastry Cup) Final Successfully Concluded
The Champions of the Sugar Art and Chocolate Categories Join Forces to Form Team China!
From May 22-24, 2023, at the Shanghai China International Bakery Exhibition, the 4th China Pastry Cup successfully concluded.
This year's competition was divided into the Chocolate Cake and Sugar Art Exhibit Group and the Plated Dessert and Chocolate Art Exhibit Group. After exciting and intense individual competitions, Sugar Art contestant Tong SUN and Chocolate contestant Sheng Wang won the titles in their respective categories. They will represent China in the Asia Pastry Cup in Singapore and compete for a spot in the 2025 World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France!
